At HUUB Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and wetsuits are folded carefully to avoid creasing.

• 3.
  Ship to HUUB

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
